1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Lindy Effect games platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Lindy Effect provides browser-based games, a virtual currency system ("Lindy Coins"), premium subscriptions ("Arcade Pass", "Season Pass"), and a creator platform. Features may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to save progress and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Lindy Coins are virtual currency with no real-world value. Purchases of Lindy Coins and passes are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our discretion. Unused purchases may be refunded within 7 days if coins have not been spent.

5. Creator Platform

Creators who submit games grant The Lindy Effect a non-exclusive license to distribute their games. Creators retain ownership of their original content. Revenue sharing is paid according to the creator agreement in effect at time of submission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
• Manipulate leaderboards, achievements, or referral systems

7. Intellectual Property

The Lindy Effect name, logo, games, and content are owned by The Lindy Effect or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, including any purchased coins or passes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lindy Effect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
