Upgrades and repairs

This is a 1972 home, so any work done matters. Roof, water heater, electrical panel, plumbing, windows, doors, flooring, paint, kitchen, baths, garage door, irrigation, anything. Even small line items help on price and disclosure. Year, item, rough cost, and the contractor if you have it.

Utility-bill 12-month averages

Buyers ask about every month of cost. Let us pre-empt the question. If you can drop the actual bills as attachments to your reply email, even better. The solar does not offset anything right now, so these are the real grid numbers.
