   You send one message. I look at your market, your brokerage, and whether the fit is right before anything else happens.

2. Kiln brands your shell

   We generate your branded surfaces from your name and your look. You see your own world before a single page goes live.

3. We load the machine

   The Command Center, your first listing hubs, and the full document library go in, all of it reading as you.

4. I onboard you

   I set up your first real listings with you, on a call, so you run the system instead of reading a manual.

5. You run your pipeline

   Your listings, your leads, your brand. I keep the machine updated underneath so you never fall behind the tooling.

This is not a mass product and it never will be. I take a small number of high producing agents and small teams, ideally one to a metro, the ones already good at the work and tired of duct taping tools.
