What is the address my clients see?

You get your own subdomain on the network, yourname.bumblebeetle.app, and every hub, document, and dashboard runs on it under your brand. When you are ready you can map your own domain on top of it. The address is yours, the machine underneath is mine.

Is this a CRM or a lead tool?

No. A CRM stores contacts and a lead tool fills a funnel. This is the whole business: the Command Center, the per listing hubs, the document library, the pricing process, and over time the vendor and venture network you can offer your own VIPs. It is the entire build working as one, run a way no one in real estate has seen.

Does the valuation engine come with it?

Yes. BumbleBeetle is part of the license, your own valuation and deal engine at your subdomain. Sellers get an instant value across time, a reno roadmap, and a net sheet. Investors get exit strategies and an opportunity score. It runs under your brand and feeds your pipeline. The same engine is live right now at bumblebeetle.app.

Is this a franchise or a brokerage?

No. You keep your own real estate license and your own brokerage. This licenses the technology and the systems, the Command Center, the hubs, the documents, so your operation runs on my machine while everything a client touches stays yours.

Do my clients know it is your system?

No. Every surface a client sees carries your brand, your name, and your voice. The machine underneath is invisible. That is the entire point.

What does it cost?

It is scoped per agent during onboarding, based on your market and how much of the machine you turn on. Because it is invite only right now, I set that up with you directly instead of posting a number that fits no one.

How fast can I be live?

Kiln stands up your branded shell quickly. Loading the machine and onboarding your first listings takes longer because I do it with you. Plan on days to a couple of weeks, not the years it took to build.

Can I shape it, or is it locked?

Your brand, your copy, and your roster are yours to shape. The underlying machine is versioned and maintained by me, so you get every improvement I ship to my own team without ever touching code.

Why would you hand over your own system?

The machine is already built, and the cost of running another brand on it is low. A good agent with great tooling in a market I am not in is a win, not a competitor. I would rather the system earn than sit still.
