Privacy Policy

Who we are
The Best Way (TheBestWayTV) is a media and commerce brand operated by Tyler Lopez in Tucson, Arizona, and the umbrella for a family of local service businesses. This policy covers our websites and the contact and quote forms on them, the text-message alerts we use to forward leads to the right person, and the internal tool we use to publish our own videos to our own social accounts.
Information you give us
When you fill out a contact or quote form on one of our websites, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, the area or address of the job, a description of what you need, and any photos you choose to attach. We only collect what you submit. When you build a Tucson Networking Alliance room card, we also collect your business, category, referral pitch, chosen contact method, optional headshot, optional logo, consent choices, and meeting attendance.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a free quote, schedule service, and follow up with you. Your request is routed to the specific business owner or team member responsible for it so they can help you quickly. For a TNA room card, we use the information to show the card during the meeting, create its share link and contact file, and let the attendee update the same card from the same browser.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number on one of our websites, or if you are one of our business owners or team members who has opted in, we may send you text messages. For website visitors, these relate to the request you submitted, such as confirming or following up on a quote. For our owners and staff, our internal assistant, Rory, forwards new website leads to the person responsible so they can follow up. Message frequency varies with activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consenting to text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information and text-message consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our hosting, database, and SMS providers, is permitted solely to operate the messaging on our behalf. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your SMS opt-in consent and mobile number are never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. A TNA attendee who creates a live card explicitly agrees that the attendee name, business, category, pitch, selected contact method, photo, and logo may appear on the meeting screen and the card share link. Photos and logos are served from public media storage for that purpose. Outside that attendee controlled publication, we share information only with the person handling a request and with the providers that operate our website, database, media storage, and messaging. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Video publishing tool
We also operate an internal tool that lets our team review and approve videos we created, then publish those videos to our own connected social accounts, including TikTok, through each platform's official API. When the account owner signs in through TikTok Login, we receive basic account information (account id and display name) to confirm which account we publish to. We post only to accounts the owner has authorized, we do not post on behalf of any other user, and we do not collect or read other users' data or content. Authorization tokens are stored privately and used only to publish to the connected account.
How we store and protect it
Most information and records stay in private systems and databases. A consented TNA room card is the exception: its approved display fields and media are intentionally public through an unlisted card link. The page asks search engines not to index it, but anyone with the link can open or share it. TNA meeting cards are kept while they remain useful to the group or until the attendee asks us to hide or delete one. We use reasonable measures to protect all other records and keep them only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to any text to stop messages, and you can ask us to update or delete the information you gave us by contacting us. A TNA attendee can also ask us to hide or delete a room card and its uploaded media. Optional directory review consent is separate and never adds a card to the permanent member directory automatically. The account owner can revoke the video tool's access at any time in TikTok account settings, which immediately stops all publishing.
