Acceptance
These terms govern our websites, the contact and quote forms on them, our text-message alerts, and the internal publishing tool operated by The Best Way (TheBestWayTV) in Tucson, Arizona. By using our sites or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms and to the terms of any connected platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and developer policies.
What we do
We operate websites for a family of local service businesses (for example, junk removal and real estate). When you submit a request, we route it to the business owner or team member responsible so they can prepare a free quote and follow up. We also operate an internal tool used only by our authorized team to publish our own videos and captions to our own connected social accounts through each platform's official API.
Text message program
By providing your mobile number and submitting a form, or by opting in as one of our team members, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. For visitors this covers your request and quote; for our owners and staff, our assistant Rory forwards new leads so they can follow up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in consent with third parties, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Acceptable use
We publish only original content we own or have the right to post, and we follow each platform's community guidelines. We do not use our tools to send spam, to impersonate others, or to post to accounts we do not own. You agree not to misuse our sites or submit false or unlawful information.
Platform compliance
Use of TikTok features is governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. We comply with all applicable platform requirements, including content posting and authorization rules.
