OPTIONAL · FOR FAMILIES PREPARING TO SELL AN ESTATE HOME

Condition Checklistfor Sellers.

The same one-page intake I have handed out since the original print edition of The Estate Home Sale Process. Fill it out at the home, at your kitchen table, or one section at a time. Your entries save in your browser as you go. Nothing is sent until you press “Email this to Tyler” at the bottom.

A few facts so I have a starting frame.

Best guesses are fine. I verify every number against the Pima County Assessor record before our first call.

Poor · Okay · Ideal.

Be honest. “Poor” does not mean the home is broken. It means the buyer will see it before the rest of the home, and we should plan for it. “Ideal” means the photography will lead with that room.

Family situation, timing constraints, attorney name and contact, an estate sale company that is already engaged, out-of-state heirs, a tenant currently in the home — write it as it comes.
